Shuttle Driver - Part Time (Seasonal-Part Time)

Are you a customer service professional who enjoys meeting new people? We are looking for a Shuttle Operator to provide shuttle transportation for resort guests and customers. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, safety and security. OVERVIEW


Shuttle Operators are responsible for customer relations and transporting guests to local events. They ensure to maintain the satisfaction, safety and security of guests.


JOB DUTIES



  1. Greet guests and customers; assist in and out of the shuttle as needed.

  2. Monitor and address ongoing maintenance needs of the shuttle, including fueling the vehicle and regular oil changes; communicate maintenance needs to manager.

  3. Follow safety laws and procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles.

  4. Provide information and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, etc. to ensure guest satisfaction is maximized.

  5. Stock shuttle with water and snacks; replenish as necessary.

  6. Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle, both inside and outside, including window washing and trash removal.

  7. Maintain a log of travel destinations, number of guests, vehicle mileage and expenses.

  8. Other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS



  • High School Education (some HS education required)

  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Professional appearance

  • Ability to interact effectively with a variety of people

  • Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
